The win was the Tigers' fourth straight. Memphis remains tied for first place in Conference USA with Southern Miss, which won in overtime against Tulsa Wednesday night.

The Tigers return home to play UTEP on Saturday. The two teams last met when Memphis punched its ticket to the NCAA tournament with a dramatic come-from-behind victory against the Miners in the C-USA tournament championship game.
