Arkansas State picked up a huge commitment here Tuesday night when Alabama 3 star wide receiver Dijon Paschal committed to Gus Malzahn and the Red Wolf Coaching Staff.
Paschal, a 6-foot-2, 185-pound wide out, couldn’t pass up the opportunity to play for offensive mastermind Gus Malzahn.
“It’s a great offense,” Paschal told AStateNation.com following his commitment to the Red Wolves. “When I took a visit up there I really fell in love with everything. I really bonded with the coaching staff, they made me feel at home.”
Paschal attended summer camp at ASU and got the opportunity to meet some of the current players on the team.
“Everyone is very close with each other,” Paschal said. “There is definitely a family feel to the program.”
Paschal currently holds offers from Arkansas State, Troy, Southern Mississippi, South Alabama, and UAB.
“It just feels right, on being a Red Wolf,” Paschal said. “I really like Coach Rhett Lashlee and my future wide receiver Coach Casey Woods.”
Paschal becomes commitment No. 18 for the Red Wolves.
